Michelle connects to the energy of the Divine (Source, God, the Universe-whatever you call it) and channels that pure, healing energy to you. While channeling this energy, she receives information from your higher-self, your Spirit Guides and/or your loved ones in spirit. At the end of the session, she will share with you any information/messages received. Rest assured, the messages she receives are to help you align with your soul's purpose and/or to discover, acknowledge and heal any "stuck energy" or emotional blocks.
If you're not familiar with Reiki, it is an ancient Japanese practice that promotes healing. Reiki has been proven to help with physical pain and emotional stress, to reduce inflammation and anxiety and to improve overall health and wellbeing. Reiki also promotes a spiritual connection to oneself and to the Universe. Reiki is a spiritual practice, not a religion, so there is nothing you need to do, or to believe, in order for Reiki to be beneficial to you.
